Carling Nolan
About

Carling Nolan is a Producer and Host for Golf Programming on Fox Sports. She is a retired professional golfer with experience on the LPGA, Symetra, and European tour. She co-hosts the national program "18 Holes with Jimmy Hanlin" on Fox Sports, and is an ambassador for Diabetes.
Carling was born and raised in Middletown, Ohio. While attending The Ohio State University, she was captain of the Women's Golf Team and was ranked All-Big Ten. Carling also worked for CoachTressel.com covering all aspects of Ohio State Football as a journalist, side-line reporter, and videographer.
After graduating, Carling became a professional golfer in 2008. She was a contestant in Golf Channel's Big Break Invitational at Reynolds Plantation in 2014, and was the Winner of Big Break Sandals in 2010. Carling was the first Big Break winner to make the cut in all three of her LPGA and Ladies European Tour exemptions.
While on tour, Nolan produced her own Video Blog on GolfChannel.com called "Life on Tour" which showcased her experiences competing at the highest level of competitive golf.
In 2011, Nolan became the Co-Host of "18 Holes with Jimmy Hanlin" on Fox Sports. This program highlights the best golf resorts around the world and is aired in over 75 million homes. She became the executive producer in 2014, and also produces “Swing Clinic” and “Links To The Game” on Fox.
Carling was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes at the age of five, and has been an advocate for The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and an Ambassador for Medtronic MiniMed Diabetes.
Carling currently resides in Pittsburgh with her husband.
